House and shop, now all one dwelling. Mid to later C19, slightly altered. Snecked
granite, part covered by scored render, modern tiled roof. Double-depth plan, the
shop forming the right-hand half. Two low storeys and 3 bays; the house has a
doorway to the 2nd bay, with pilaster jambs, cornice on consoles, and recessed
door up 3 internal steps, one 4-pane sashed window to the left and 2 above; the
shop has a double-fronted window with recessed doorway (altered door) and 2-
light windows with slender shafts and large slightly arched lights, all under a
fascia with dentilled cornice; and one 4-pane sash above. Interior not inspected.
Included for group value with Amber House to the left.
