Sunday school. 1853 by Joseph James. A good, substantial Jacobean design. Dressed
sandstone with ashlar dressings, slate roof. A single storey range, raised on terrace
above road, of 8 bays with 2-bay shaped gable bellcote surmounted centre piece. Ball
finialed shaped gable ends. 2 and 3-light mullioned and transomed windows with
lozenge leaded lights. Small shaped gable stone porch to south west end of elevation.
Steeply pitched roof. Rear stacks with ashlar panelled Tudor shafts.
