Estate cottage, c.1840. Y-plan; 1½ storeys and attics. Rough-cast rendered
walls. Concrete pantiled roof with carved bargeboards; central chimney of gault
brick with 3 circular shafts having carved tiles and moulded caps and bases;
plinth with recessed diaper-pattern tiles. C20 casements in C19 hood-moulded
openings. Boarded and battened entrance doors with hood-moulds.
