Farmhouse. C17 and early C18, altered C19. Roughcast sandstone, Welsh slate
roof. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-bay roadside front with 2-bay
wing to rear left having 2-storey, single-bay addition; entered from right
return. Roadside front: two 4-pane sashes in raised ashlar surrounds with
projecting sills on each floor; shaped kneelers and gable copings with brick
end stacks. Right return: wing has C19 door with overlight on left of double
4-pane sash; 2 casements in double-chamfered surrounds to 1st floor; shaped
kneelers and gable copings with C20 brick end stack. C17 bay on left has
chamfered doorway below 2-light double-chamfered window. Left return: two 2
light, double-chamfered mullioned windows to ground floor and similar single-
light window to 1st floor with later casement on left. C17 bay on left has
two 2-light, double-chamfered mullioned windows to 1st floor; sheet asbestos
roof. 1-storey lean-to to right of roadside front not of special interest.
