House. Early-mid C19. Painted brick, slate roof, off-centre
rendered ridge stack. One bay, 2 storeys. Full height recessed
panel with gauged basket arch. 4-panel door, architrave with
console brackets to flat hood. First floor has 12 paned sash,
ground floor has C20 tripartite sash.
