GV II
House. Early/mid C17. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden and concrete
lintels; concrete plain-tile roof with rebuilt ridge stack, 2-unit plan. 2
storeys. 3-window front has the entrance to extreme right below a single-light
window, and has 3-light casements elsewhere, except for an old 4-light casement
at ground floor in bay 2. Steep-pitched roof has a large stack to left of
centre. Interior: stop-chamfered beams and joists; large inglenook fireplace
backing onto a smaller C19 fireplace, The deeds are said to date from 1670.
