GV II

House. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar
quoins, plinth and dressings; stone slate roof with stone
gable copings and stone chimneys. 2 storeys; 2-window range
and single-window left return. Left bay wider. 3-over-3 panels
to door with overlight in projecting stone surround to right
of centre. Flanking sash windows have similar surrounds, plain
lower and margined upper sashes. Roof has plain gable coping,
and bands to end chimneys, the right raised against gable of
adjacent house. Left return has similar sash on each floor.
