Town house with shop. 1872. By Henry Rice. Slatehanging on
studwork to front; dry slate roof with cast-iron ogee gutter
over moulded eaves cornice. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
3-window front with late C19 4-pane horned sashes, those to
1st floor within pilastered surround with key pattern to heads
and moulded hoods with dentilled cornices. Ground floor has
C20 shop front flanked by quoin strip of original shop front.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
