Small town house. Mid C19 on older site. Killas and granite
rubble with granite dressings; dry slate roof with slightly
projecting front eaves. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 1-window
range. Flat brick arch over original 12-pane hornless sash to
1st-floor left over wider opening with segmental brick arch
over C20 twenty-pane horned sash; doorway to far right with
C20 top-glazed door and overlight. INTERIOR not inspected.
