House, now art gallery. c1820, with late C19 and late C20
alterations. Rusticated stucco with concrete tile roof, coped
gables and single gable stack. Dentillated wooden eaves. First
floor sill band. 3 storeys; 2-window range of plain sashes and
above, 2 smaller plain sashes, all with moulded surrounds.
Ground floor has a late C19 tripartite shop window with
lattice glazed toplights, under a dentillated cornice. To
right, steps with wrought-iron balustrades to a glazed door,
all late C20.
