Cottage. Late C18.

MATERIALS: Flint with brick dressings and lacing courses, old tile roof.

EXTERIOR: One and a half storey, roof half hipped to left, with end stack to right and two gabled eaves dormers with three-light casements. Three-light segmental headed casement to left and two-light segmental headed casement to right flanking C20 half glazed door off centre to right with C20 timber gabled porch.

INTERIOR: Not inspected.

REASONS FOR DESIGNATION: The Cottage is listed at Grade II for the following principal reasons:
* A vernacular cottage of the late C18;
* Group value with other listed cottages of a similar date along Pangbourne Road.
