Upper Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Mid - late C17, altered C20. Rubble with freestone dressings;
pebble-dashed in parts; C20 tiled roof with coped raised verges. L-plan
vernacular farmhouse of 2 storeys. The south elevation has a 3-light casement
window in ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds and under a dripmould. C20 porch
on the re-entrant angle and the east elevation has a C20 casement on the ground
floor and a C17 casement above. Single storey extension to east with 2-light
casement in ovolo moulded surrounds. The rear elevations have 2- and 3-light
casement windows; 2 gables to the west elevation and one to the north.
