Western part of boundary wall to south of Bowes Museum (qv),
between west lodge and entrance to Catholic church. c1869.
Rubble with rock-faced coping. Wall approx 1m high runs from
west lodge to south-west corner of museum grounds, and
continues in front of church. Projecting coping has low wide
chamfer.
