Mid C19. Hammerdressed rubble. Pitched stone roof. Ashlar chimney, 1 storey and
atic. 1 range of mullioned casements. 1 door with tiled hood on wooden bracket.
1 storey extension to west with lean-to roof and 1 mullioned casement. Garden wall
hammerdressed rubble with ashlar coping.
All the listed buildings in Church Place form a group, together with
Rose Cottage. Chumh Cottage. the raised pavement, and the retaining
wall to the churchyard of St Mary Magdalan's Church. Walkley Hill
