Terrace house with shop. Early C.19 refacing or rebuild with renewed
brickwork to upper 2 floors. Stock brick, concealed roof. 4 storeys. 3
windows wide. Mid to late C.l9 shop front with pilasters and brackets
flanking entablature-fascia. Recessed sashes under flat gauged arches to
1st floor, 2nd and 3rd floors with segmental arches, 1st floor plat band.
Parapet with coping. Included for group interest in this street laid out
in the 1630s as part of the Bedford Estate Covent Garden development.
