Terrace house. c.1729 by John Barnes bricklayer. Brown brick with
red brick window dressings, early C.19 rendering to ground floor,
concealed roof. 4 storeys (originally 3) and basement. 3 windows
wide. Architraved doorway to left. Slightly recessed box framed sash
windows, under flat gauged red brick arches. Parapet coping, 1st
floor windows with early C.19 cast iron balconettes. Spear head urn
finialed area railings. Interior retains virtually complete full
panelling with passage-hall and angle fireplace closet wing; dog leg
staircase with closed string, turned balusters and column newels; box
cornices etc.
