Early C19 terrace. Nos 229 and 231 4 storeys and basement (the top storey probably
added) the others 3, all 2 windows wide. Stock brick with parapet. Nos 229 and
231 have 1st and 3rd-floor bands. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows. Arcaded
1st floor with masks on keystones of round arches. Round ground-floor openings
in round-arched recesses. Door in hollow-curved reveal. 4-panel doors with plain
fanlights. Long warehouses project from ground floors of Nos 233 and 235.

Nos 229 to 243 (odd) with garden walls form a group.
