Early to mid C19 two storeyed stucco pair with flanking pilaster strips.
Gable end slate roof. 2 marginal glazed gabled dormers. Symmetrical
3 window front, the blind centre window in recess with elliptical head.
Recessed 2-light Gothic casements. Linked doorways with 2 bay, tent roof,
trellis porch. Archway to left and 1st floor link, with marginal glazed
2-light casement, to "Milestones" Station Road.

Gwydir Cottage, Cypress House, Nos 1 and 2 Cypress Place, Milestones and
Town House form a group with Larbi Cote on the opposite side of Station
Road.
