Terrace. Early-mid C19 brick, stuccoed. 4 storeys, basement and attic to centre
range and outer bays. Symmetrical composition of 6-bay centre breakformed
articulated above ground floor level by Composite giant order, with 3-bay further
breakforward to each side, flanked by wings of which the last 4 bays project
slightly. Projecting Doric porches contain double doors with overlights.
Tripartite sashes. First floor balustraded balcony. Casements, some with
pediments. Above, sashes, mainly with glazing bars. Broken dentil cornice. Iron basement railings. The return of No 21 has a full-height 3-window bow.
