C18 or earlier. Timber framed barn. Brick plinth with later brickwork, including
ventilators above, probably weatherboarded originally. Large old buttress to
eastern facade. Tiled roof. Eastern facade with 2 gabled weatherboarded dormers.
barge double doors but western pair now blocked. Timbering exposed internally,
through pulins but some timbers replaced.

Nos 1 and 2 Downton Fields Cottages, Orchard Cottage, Lea Green Cottage and the
listed buildings off Lea Green Farm form a group.
