Early C19. Two storeys, two windows stuccoed. Dentilled cornice
and high parapet. Quoins, much longer on the right hand side
than the left. Two bay windows on first floor. Glazing bars
intact above the ground floor. Modern shop front.

Nos 23, 24, 27 & No 28 form a group.
