Circa 1840/50. Villa. Two storeys and basement, rendered, painted, rusti-
cated stone quoins. Moulded first floor sill course. Low pitch hipped
slate roof, wide eaves. Three windows, recessed sash, no glazing bars
architrave surrounds, block sills on consoles. Cornices over first floor
windows, pediments on shaped brackets to ground floor. North front is
similar. Enclosed porch with round headed windows to side with keystones.
Doric pilasters, triglyph frieze an cornice. The door, set back, is of
four panels, two glazed, rectangular fanlight over, recessed in plain
surround.

No 44 and Nos 50 to 54 (even) with Nos 58 and 60 form a group.
