GV II

House. Circa 1870. Coursed sandstone blocks with grey and brown brick
dressings and angle quoins, plain tiled C20 roof with boarded eaves. Two
storeys with ridge stack to right end and square stack to rear left of centre.
Band of blue headers and red stretchers over ground floor and to eaves. Two
cambered head first floor casement windows in chamfered surround, decorative
glazing bars. Central arched panel to first floor. Two ground floor windows
in similar surrounds. Part glazed door to centre of ground floor in "rustic"
tree-trunk gabled porch.
