Early C19. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys painted brick. Side and rear
elevations tile hung. Slate roof, continued over outshut. Two sashes with glazing
bars intact and one blank. Flat weather hood. Front range is original 2 room
cottage which had a stair ladder facing the door. The rear range is the raised
outshut. Bread oven in outshut. (See Domestic Buildings Research Group Report
