No 3 now includes the former No 60 Park Lane. Circa 1830-40 sandstone "brick" row
of cottages. The two nearest Park Lane slightly taller. Stone slate roofs with
bracketed eaves. Two-light square mullion windows. Left hand bay of No 3 breaks
forward. Squared jamb doorways. Included for group value.
