House. Early-mid C19. Timber-framed and rendered with gabled
slate roof. Gable facing; front to left. Lobby-entry plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with large C20 single-storey extension and
rendered with double-gabled slate roofs. Large central chimney
stack. The front elevation (south-west) has two 16-pane sash
windows on 1st floor. The ground floor has projecting slate
gabled porch on brackets with door of 2 moulded panels over 2
flush panels. Either side are similar sash windows. The gabled
frontage to street has a 16-pane sash window on each floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
