Shop and flat. c1840 with later alterations. Brick with hipped
pantiled roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and one bay. The windows to the upper
storeys are sashed with no glazing bars and have rusticated
stone lintels with keystones and segmental soffits. On the
ground floor there is a timber shopfront with a timber fascia
and cornice which continues above a doorway to the right. The
shop window is flanked by pilasters and the doorway by engaged
reeded columns. The gutter is supported by paired rectangular
brackets.
