Barn. Circa early C19. Timber-frame with red brick nogging with ventilation holes; tall stone rubble plinth. Slate roof with gabled ends. PLAN: 7-bay barn with opposing cart-entrances to the central threshing bay; at the south east end there is a loft over a lower-level cellar. EXTERIOR: Central cart-entrances with plank double-doors. INTERIOR: Box-frame structure with square wall-framing with long straight tension-braces. The central threshing bay has low brick wall either side with long straight braces up to the tie-beams. The three SE bays have loft with cellar below with stone ramp down to lower floor level. 7-bay king-post roof with struts.
