Pair of houses linked by garden wall and garages. 1912, to the designs of Sutcliffe. See general remarks for pair formed by Nos. 1 and 3 (q.v.) .This pair bilaterally symmetrical about a central gate which leads to garage court; entrances on outer returns. Elevations dominated by gables with hipped peaks; stacks to outer corners; outside return with two-span gables. Half-timbered porches to upper floor wing of each on rear. Identical to Nos. 9 and 11 (q.v.) .Nos. 1-15 odd (q.v.) form an excellent group.
