Situated south of junction with Wick Lane.
Early C19. 2 storeys red brick. Low pitch hipped slate roof with shallow
eaves cornice. 3 windows 1st floor, centre one blind, recessed sashes, 4
panes wide, block sills flat brick arches. Ground floor has 2 windows also
4 panes wide but 1 pane taller, block sills and flat brick arches. Central
doorway originally had semi-circular fanlight as the brick arch is visible
above the late C19 gabled wood porch with plain bargeboards and finial.
Single storey wing to north east with low pitch gable end slate roof and painted
band as frieze across window heads. 2 windows as on main block.
