Farmhouse. Early C17 2 bay end chimneystack house, extended by one bay in the
C18 when also a lower kitchen. L wing was added with C19 extension to rear,
mainly refenestrated in C20. Timber framed building rendered with steeply
pitched roof now covered in corrugated iron sheeting with off central stock
brick stack. Assorted later casements to front. 1 storey C18 1 wing has hipped
roof and renewed chimneystack. Catslide roof to rear. Interior has open brick
fireplace with cambered wooden bressummer and cambered entrance to breadoven.
Axial beams have 2 inch chamfers with run out stops. 2 original C17 mullioned
windows, originally external, now internal, the 1st floor windows retaining origi-
nal glass. Open fireplace to C18 L wing.
