Handsome early-mid C18 building of 3 storeys and basement, 5 windows. Red brick
with heavy entablature with dentil cornice at 2nd floor level and smaller cornice
and parapet above. Gauged segmental brick arches, with triple keystones, to 1st
and ground floor recessed sash windows with glazing bars. On 2nd floor the arches
are flat and have no keys. (2nd floor is a later addition). Basement plinth,
and wrought iron area railings. 4 steps to central door of 4 fielded and 2 flat
panels, with patterned rectangular fanlight, in deep panelled reveal. Moulded
architrave: and console bracketed cornice above swell frieze with pattern of entwined
leaves.
