Village Pump and railed enclosure

Village pump. Early C19.
Pump is enclosed in rectangular wooden case with only the lead waterspout protruding. This has an embossed floral design. Handle missing. Surrounded by an enclosure of spear headed railings on stone curb with raised brick area and drain gulley.
