GV II

Row of houses. Mid C19. Stock brick, stucco dressings. Channelled stucco to
ground floor. Four storeys and basement with mansard attic to Nos 29, 30, 31 and
35. Two windows wide each. Nos 28 and 35 set forward slightly with rusticated
quoins and arched entrances. Entrances otherwise square headed. Various
panelled doors. Square headed windows with stucco architraves. Cornices to
first and second floor windows. Some sashes, some casements, some glazing bars.
Continuous cast iron bombe balcony to first floor. Cornice; balustraded
parapet. Area railings. Part of group with rest of Montpelier Square.
