House now shops, with flat over No.14. C16, altered C17, C18,
with C19 shopfront on No.14. Timber-framed, plastered, part
masonry lined. Welsh slated roof and central square red brick
chimneystack on rear slope.
EXTERIOR: 3 bays with jettied front, 2 storeys and attics.
First floor has 3 flush set 12-pane sash windows, that at
right with moulded architraves. Ground floor has shopfronts
recessed beneath moulded coved plate of bressumer. 4-panel
door with glazed top light at left, C19 shopfront with
timber-frames and plate glass windows over panelled
stallriser. Entrance door left of centre, to right early/mid
C20 shopfront with timber pilasters, plate glass windows and
central glazed door. Roof with 3 box casement dormers above
coved eaves cornice.
No.14 has single and 2-storey timber-framed plastered and
weatherboarded rear outshoots, with pantiled roofs, with
3-light window with multi-pane iron casements on ground floor.
INTERIOR: some studwork visible internally, of C17 date with
primary bracing, roof with halved and pegged rafters and butt
purlins.
