GV II

Fish smoking hut. Early C19. Red sandstone rubble to the
ground floor, oak-pegged timber frame, weatherboarding to the
upper floors, corrugated asbestos roof. Rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys to the right-hand block with a 2-storey
lean-to block to the left; one 5-light window to the
ground-floor left. One wide C19 planked door to the left
return and a blocked loading bay to the 1st floor of the right
return.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A significant survival of this building type.
