C18 or earlier, remodelled as 2 cottages early C19, now one house" Cob, slate .roof with brick stacks to gable end and rear right wing" C18 3-room plan with end stacks and entry to right of hall with rear lateral stack; C19 two-storey rear outshut to the left and single-storey rear right wing EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range" Early C19 6.-over-6-pane sash windows at eaves level, C20 windows to the ground floor; 2 doors under C19 pent iced porches supported by walls to the sides Blank walls to the outer ends imply former open fires" The rear outshut has a 2-light casement window partly leaded with old glass, the gable rear wing has C19 two-light small-paned casement windows" To the rear left of centre is a tall external axial stack
INTERIOR: early features may survive beneath later alterations"
