Town house with later shop. Late C18. Brick on rubble; flat
arches with wood keyblocks; slatehanging to rear; steep dry
slate roof modillion eaves cornice; outshut with 2 hipped
dormers to slate-hung rear. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys over
basement; 3-window range. Early C19 12-pane hornless sashes.
Doorway right of centre with C18 6-panel door with fielded top
panels and flush bottom panels. Late C19 3-light shop front on
the left with end pilasters, squat fascia and sidelight to
recessed doorway with glazed and panelled door. Rear has 4 old
16-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
