GV II

House, now offices. Early-mid C18. Limestone rubble and
dressings, formerly rendered, brick gable stack and pantile
roof. Single-depth plan.
3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range. A ground-floor drip
mould, with frieze, cornice and blocking course, and quoins. A
left-hand doorway with late C20 door, keyed lintels to horned
2/2-pane sashes, smaller on the second floor.
INTERIOR: details include central axial dogleg stair with
turned balusters, square newels and moulded rail; boarded stud
panelling, chamfered beams and 4-hinge door; oak winder stair
to attic with C18 collar-truss roof.
