GV II

L-shaped house. C16 house built by the Sharpe family and refronted in the early
C19. Two storeys and attic. Four windows. Three dormers. Front stuccoed, side
tile-hung. Parapet with quatrefoil ornamentation. Gabled dormers with scalloped
bargeboards. Casement windows with dripstones over. Verandah on ground floor.
Good central cluster of four octagonal red brick chimney stacks round a central
shaft all on a square base.
