House. Late C17 or early C18 with C19 additions to rear. Rendered random rubble.
Moderate-pitched C20 pantiled roof with renewed brick gable stacks. 2 rooms deep
with staircase to rear. 3 storeys, 5 bays. Central door has 6 flush panels,
overlight, stone jambs and a wedge lintel. C19 4-pane sashes to left and right
have chamfered reveals. First floor 4-pane sashes have stone sills except for
central window. Second floor windows renewed. 2-storey pilaster buttresses at
either end of facade. Plain close verge and slightly projecting eaves. C20 gable
copings. Right return has renewed round-arched staircase window towards rear.
Small C20 lunette window above. 2-storey rear elevation.

Interior: mainly gutted. Several doors have 2 flush panels. C18 dog-leg staircase
rises in 4 flights and has splat balusters.

C20 Garden Cottage adjoining to left not of special interest.
