Pair of small town houses. Early/mid C19. Local rubble walls
with granite dressings; shallow segmental brick arches to
ground floor windows; round brick arches to doorways; dry
Delabole slate roof with moulded brick eaves over brick
modillions; cast-iron ogee gutter. Shallow-depth plan plus
deep wing at rear right. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes; central pair of
doorways with C20 doors and blind fanlights. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
