Town house, now bank. Mid C18. Granite and killas rubble with
some dressed granite including voussoirs of round arches to
ground and 1st-floor window openings; steep dry Delabole slate
roof with projecting front eaves over modillion cornice. Deep
plan including rear wing at right-angles to rear left. 3
storeys; 4-window range. Mid/late C19 2-pane hornless sashes
to 1st floor; late C19 four-pane horned sashes to 2nd floor
and C20 transomed windows with plain fanlight heads to ground
floor. Wooden lintel over tall doorway on the left with plain
overlight and pair of 3-panel doors. INTERIOR not inspected
except to note inner door with fielded bottom panel and glazed
top panel.
