House, now shop. Early C19. Painted brick; plain tile roof;
cross-axial brick ridge stack. 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window
range: 6/6 sashes under segmental arches; 4/4 sashes; brick
modillion eaves. C19 bowed shop front to left, with central
half-glazed door and overlight; half-glazed C20 door in
moulded case under semicircular arch, to right, with 6/6 sash
under segmental arch. INTERIOR: elm winder staircase. 2nd
floor: plank doors. 1st floor: plank doors; 4-panel door; C19
fireplace; dado and picture rail; chamfered ceiling beam.
Ground floor: chamfered ceiling beam. Of one build with No.14
King Street.
