Cottage. Probably C18 with mid-C20 additions and alterations. Timber-
frame with plaster infill, Welsh slate roof and stone external end stack
with brick shaft. Two timber-framed bays aligned east/west with full-height
one-bay C20 extension to west. One storey and attic. South elevation has
three windows, mid-C20 raking-top dormers, C20 glazing bar windows either side
of glazing porch to right of centre. Two casements each of two lights in left-
hand extension. Interior noted as avinhg complete cross-wall and heavy ceiling
beams. Said to have complete roof trusses.
