Early C19 outhouse of uncertain use. 2 storeys. Rubble with slate hung
1st floor which is partly jettied. 2 sash windows in exposed cases with
glazing bars. 1 window on ground floor. North west end wall is metal
sheathed. Slate hipped roof. Included for group value.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and outbuilding in front of and east of No 7 form
a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) River Terrace and Nos 23, 25, 33 Tregony
Hill.
