House, now offices, and attached railings. c1820, with late
C20 alterations. Painted brick, with ashlar dressings and
artificial slate roof with a side wall stacks. Ground-floor
sill band, rusticated basement, moulded wood modillion eaves.
2 storeys plus basement and attics; single window range.
3-storey segmental bow window with tripartite glazing bar sash
on the upper floors and similar plain sash to basement. Above,
large C20 gabled wooden dormer with glazing bar window. To
left, stone steps with wrought-iron spearhead balustrades, and
wooden portico with square Doric columns and entablature.
Moulded and fielded 3-panel door with overlight. Outside,
wrought-iron spearhead railings to area.
