GV II

House. C17 origin, with later alterations, particularly of C20. Slatestone rubble.
Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends; stacks removed. Right gable end slate-
hung.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, each room formerly heated by rear lateral
stack. All stud partition walls at ground floor.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic, asymmetrical 4 window range. All windows late C18
casements of 2 panes each light with L hinges and timber lintels. Ground floor has
two 3-light casements to lett add one to right, C20 door. First floor has four 3-
light casements. 4 C20 gabled dormers.
Interior: Not inspected.
