3 cottages, later C19, for Rowland Egerton Warburton. Brown brick and
timber framing; clay tile roof. 2 storeys plus small attic to No. 22;
1 window to each storey of each cottage; asymmetrical. Boarded doors,
with ornamental hinges and latches of Arley estate type, under pointed
brick arches; that to No. 22 in brick porch with leanto roof against
right end, and three 2-pane round-headed lights in its right face.
Lower storey windows of 3 lights have wood mullions and projecting top
rails on brackets; similarly detailed bedroom windows of 3 lights and
2-light attic window. No. 22 has jettied timber-framed gable to
front. The brick door and window openings have bevelled arrises.
Interiors not inspected.
