II

Victorian, Italian style. Stuccoed, mainly two storeys, with cornice bands
between storeys, and round-headed dormers on roof. Large sash windows
in moulded architraves with cornices, the lower ones with aprons. Front
towards the lake has seven windows on first floor, including a round 2-storeyed
bay with balustraded parapet. Entrance on south side in square 3-storeyed
tower, with a round-arched doorway and ground floor window, both with fluted
pilasters. Top floor has coupled round-arched windows on each face of
tower, with moulded arches, fluted pilasters and dentilled cornice. Omit
later extensions to south.
